Premio: our house Brazilian coffee - expect bold, rich chocolate notes to come through here, a perfect match for milk drinks.

De La Casa: our house blend of our Brazil and Guatemalan - expect a cleaner, more balanced espresso. In the cup, this brings a milk chocolate, caramel a gentle pear like acidity on the finish. 

The Winter Brew: our seasonal blend of an El Salvador and Rwandan - expect some boozy like fruit flavours to come through with a chocolate praline finish. This flavour profile is a great example of how speciality coffee can be elevated form the classic flavour profile of coffee, with a well balanced fruity note with bold chocolatey notes to support it in espresso, this is a favourite this Winter!
